Having more than 20 years of experience, nurturing and guiding new advisers and leaders, Darren is a man of integrity and would be a good mentor to aspiration leaders in the financial services industry.
Ivan Yao – Co-Founder

Being in the insurance industry for 11 years with a clientele of over 900, Ivan has achieved 5 Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) including a prestigious Court of the Table qualifications during his days as a wealth manager.
Ivan believes that everyone should have a sound and robust financial plan. Using his belief as a guiding principle, he strives to ensure his clients’ portfolios allow them to have the financial support during a health crisis and also live with dignity during retirement.
He decided to build his team after he was promoted to Master Wealth Manager in 2016 as he wants to share his beliefs and pass on his valuable skill sets to aspiring wealth managers.
As a Financial Services Director leading a team of MDRT achievers, other than coaching his team of wealth managers, Ivan continues to upgrade himself by attending seminars, conferences and is in the midst of taking his Chartered Life Underwriters modules.
